Erica joined our office in 2019 and is always full of positive energy. Previously working in auto and home insurance claims for 5 years, she moved to the agency side to have a more direct impact on State Farm policyholders before a claim happens. She is passionate about using her auto and home insurance claim experience to help customers make better insurance decisions on what coverage to carry. We are blessed to have Erica and her 8 years of insurance experience on our team!

As our State Farm Policyholder Communication Representative, Tanya has been helping policyholders for over a decade! Whether you need a bill reminder, your policy is renewing or we need a simple question answered, Tanya makes sure the policyholder experience is top notch with notifications. Vannessa was born in New Jersey and moved to Houston, Texas at a young age. She graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University and came right back to Houston where she has built her life. Since joining our insurance team in 2013, Vannessa has enjoyed every minute working with customers and building relationships with them. In her free time she enjoys spending as much time with friends and family.

David was born in the San Francisco Bay area and moved to Houston in 2010. He has a passion for helping others and has been doing so with our office for over 10 years! He prides himself with the personal relationships he has with his State Farm policyholders. His goal is to put everyone he speaks with in a better situation by focusing on their risks & goals in life. He enjoys his career and feels lucky to have the opportunity to have an impact on so many lives.

I was born in Guerrero, Mexico, and was raised in Houston, Texas. I started my insurance career in 2022 and I am licensed in Auto, Home, Life, and Health Insurance. I love forming a relationship with our customers and showing them how insurance can work for them. In my free time, I spend all of it with my family.
