"Because I have purchased a new vehicle, I have spoken to three different members of the Jerrad Ragsdell State Farm team in the past week.

Even before I had purchased my vehicle, I had called the office to discuss my coverage with Myra, because I was a little confused about how to read the new insurance declaration I had just received. Myra was so helpful, and she graciously checked every aspect of my policy for me, to ensure that my coverage is exactly how I want it to be.

Then, just a couple of days later, I did purchase a new vehicle, and I had the opportunity to work with both Mike and Annemarie.

I spoke with Mike, gave him all the details about my new vehicle, and we discussed a change that I wanted to make to my policy. Mike is so fun and easy to work with, but he was getting the job done while we were conversing. In just a very few minutes, all my coverage was set.

The very next day, I received a call from Annmarie to let me know that my new vehicle was bound over and the insurance was in effect. Annmarie is another member of the team who is as pleasant as she is professional.

I simply cannot express how happy I am with the assistance I continually receive from the group of insurance professionals at Jerrad Ragsdell’s State Farm Agency. I have been their client for years, and I know I am a valued customer. I was sorting my life trying to organize my family and ready for the move.

I was doing everything online and the website directed me to an office.

I didn’t meet the leasing agent he reached out by email. One of the team members: David. June 25 I was getting an online bundle quote. The website didn’t want to give me the full quote said a Jerrad would reach out. A David reached out instead. 25-26 great communication since it was him asking questions. Everything was settled except form or payment. I asked if debit card they needed to inform me so I can make sure to put my most important things together before movers showed up.

3 days later reaches out. I was unavailable. I said I was still interested. David said he would call. He didn’t. 2 more days go by and I reach out asking why it feels like a waste of time and if it’s a scam because it didn’t feel comfortable. Then used his wife as real or fake excuse to get sympathy. I stuck around. Come this morning’s phone call: I was talking and he starts to laugh at my expense. Stating he didn’t understand how I would go about a situation that way. Never offered any assistance or advice just laughed about my situation and the position I was in.

If you do online quotes and get this office assigned, please proceed with caution. I’m coming from a college town TAMU and people don’t treat people that way over there.

When I called him out on his behavior he got offended and said I misunderstood. As if there is another way to understand this. We are definitely not joking around, I want to get insured. I’m busy unpacking and have other things to do."
