ROLE DESCRIPTIONAs a Insurance and Financial Services Position - State Farm Agent Team Member with Jerrad Ragsdell - State Farm Agent, you will play a key role in driving the growth and success of our insurance agency. Your proactive approach, sales aptitude, and commitment to building lasting relationships with clients will set you apart. This position is perfect for someone who thrives on identifying customer needs, delivering tailored insurance solutions, and consistently exceeding sales goals.
In this role, you’ll combine exceptional communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and a passion for helping people. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Generate leads and actively pursue new business opportunities.
- Educate clients about insurance products and recommend appropriate coverage options.
- Foster strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and proactive communication.
- Maintain accurate client records and manage policy updates efficiently.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Experience in sales or customer service preferred.
- Goal-oriented and motivated by achieving measurable results.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation $40,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
